Q. How long does installation take?

How long depends on the size of the facility. Many products, like our foggers, require no installation and are ready to use but others require minimal installation.
The infrared thermometers are installed in minutes and UVC LED lights go up in no time. They come on a sticky back and run on 7Amp so no need for big power units. ALl our products are simple to install and there is no need for builders or electricians, with easy to follow instructions, anyone can do it.

Q. Do the products need to be serviced? If so, how often?

Care must be taken to follow the individual product manufacturer’s instructions for maintenance. For example, UVC lamps should be wiped down with a clean cloth every month to remove dust accumulation.

Q. Will any of the products harm any surfaces or materials?

Just like the sunlight can fade materials over time like clothes in a shop window or fade plastics, over time UVC will do the same.

Q. Are there any adverse effects after using these products?

A. Humans, pets, and plants should not be exposed to UVC light as it can burn skin and eyes within minutes. Our UVC product range comes with built-in security features such as motion detection with automatic power off and delayed start to ensure the UVC light is only on in an empty space.
