The accreditation qualification for Occupational First Aiders has changed from QQI/Fetac to PHECC as and from June 1st 2018. The Pre-Hospital Emergency Care Council (PHECC) is an independent statutory agency. PHECC has responsibility for standards, education and first aid training. PHECC also maintain a statutory register of approved training organisations. As well as first aid practitioners.
