How do I make a booking?
You can make a booking online, or by phone. If you wish to make an online booking, please click ‘book course now’ on the course page you wish to attend, this will then bring you to a page where you can select which date you wish to complete the training; and make the payment.

Can you send me another copy of my certificate please?

Can I book a private course?

Can I book training on-site?
Yes, we can arrange for a trainer to visit your site to carry out training. If you wish to book a private on-site course please call us on 0214978024
Does Social Welfare cover me for CMSE Training courses?
Please call us on 0214978024 to get more information on our subsidised courses
Do I need a PPS number to complete training?
To complete certain training you need an Irish PPS number. Please give us a call on 021-4978100 to discuss which courses this is relevant to.
Can I pay in cash on the day of the course?
All courses must be paid in full prior to the commencement of training. To view your payment options, please click HERE

Can you do safe pass and manual handling in the same day?
We do not run manual handling and safe pass training on the same day. Our safe pass courses run from 8.00am to 4.30pm while our manual handling courses run from 9.00am – 12.30pm or 1.00pm to 3.30pm

Can you send me information about your health and safety courses?

Can the NEBOSH International General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety be paid in installments?
We currently do not have an installment plan for this course. We do however accept a deposit, and payment to the full amount at a later date. Please call 021-4978024 for further information.

How old do you have to be to complete Safe Pass?
You must be at least 16 years of age to complete Safe Pass Training.
How old do you have to be to complete First Aid Responder training?
You must be at least 16 years of age to complete PHECC First Aid Response Training.
How old do you have to be to complete manual handling training?
You must be at least 16 years of age to complete Manual Handling Training.
Do you receive a letter of completion for safe pass that you can use on site?
CMSE Training can issue you with a letter of completion, which is accepted onsite until your card arrives. However, we not permitted by SOLAS to reissue letters of completion for safe pass training
How long will my safe pass card take to arrive in the post?
Each successful participant will receive a Safe Pass Card from SOLAS approximately 4/6 weeks after the course is completed. The lead time according to SOLAS is two weeks and letters of completion are only valid for 2 weeks.
I have lost my safe pass card. Can I get a replacement?
If you have lost or damaged your SOLAS safe pass card you can apply for a replacement on the SOLAS website by filling out an Online Replacement Application. Here: https://cardrenewals.solas.ie/#/spass/replace
