The Return to Work Safely Protocol, is the result of a collaborative effort by the HSA (Health and Safety Authority), the HSE (Health Services Executive), Chambers Ireland, CIF, ICTU, the Department of Health and the Department of Business, Enterprise and Innovation.
The Protocol sets out, in very clear terms, the steps that employers and workers must take before a workplace reopens. This protocol also applies to workplaces that remained open and operational during the lockdown.
All procedures and practices must comply fully with the COVID-19 related public health protection measures identified as necessary by the HSE in the “Return to Work” safely protocols.
