CMSE Training Launch New Lead Worker Representative Course

According to the “Return To Work Safety Protocol”, every workplace must nominate at least one “lead worker representative” to work with the company’s Covid-19 response management team in ensuring safety measures are being followed. 

This “lead worker representative” must receive necessary training to carry out the role.

CMSE Training have been working with organisations of all sizes and across all sectors to create our new Instructor led, live, Online “Lead Worker Representative” training course.

The CMSE Training, COVID-19 Workers Representative Online course is designed to provide you with the skills and knowledge to undertake your role as a COVID-19 Lead Worker Representative in the workplace.

This role includes day-to-day activities to ensure physical distancing and hygiene controls are maintained to protect the health and safety of workers, to reduce the spread of the COVID-19 virus, and reactive duties for cases of COVID-19 in the workplace.
