May 5th, CMSE was invited to speak athe recent Insurance Institute of Cork lecture series titled "Risk Assessment aspart of a Claims Management Strategy". The event was well attended and Chris Mee presented how you can strengthen the claims process through the use of risk assessments, which will highlight future problems and minimise risk in a given situation. These lectures were designed as part of the Chartered Insurance Institute (CPD) scheme.
