All CMSE instructors and assessors are fully qualified with years of experience in the area of manual handling.
This comprehensive course will equip delegates with the knowledge and skills to be able to instruct others in safe manual handling technique. 
On full completion of this course each participant will receive a FETAC Level 6 Award.

This course is intended for those who wish to instruct on their own manual handling courses. On completion of this course, participants will be able to:

  • Assess the relative danger or safety of manual handling tasks,
  • recommend preventative measures which can reduce the risk of injury, 
  • lift and handle loads safely,
  • identify ergonomic risks and recommend control measures,
  • instruct others on the theory and techniques of safe manual handling.
